.avi files not working from SD, video works, audio is not

ok having some issues getting anything to work now, does anyone know what format the cards need to be? Like when you click format in Windows are there any specific options needed? It seems like my car is not reading from two different cards.

FAT32, can't do it natively in win 7 or 8. Look for a fat32formatter using Google search.

format /FS:fat32 x: (where x: is the SD card drive letter)
However, that only works with SD card up to 32G
If the SD card is greater than 32GB, you will need a 3rd party utility to do it.
