The prize goes to ColoradoMark and NoahWeb. I wasn't even aware that they still made phone mounts any more with most new vehicles offering Bluetooth or that anyone with an Audi would want one given that having a phone so prominently "displayed" on the near perfectly designed dash of the A6 would be like putting feet on a snake.

Maybe. Check out Spoonie G's thread on the A3 MKII forum. I rarely use any form of NAV or traffic/cop info device since I am usually driving where I know the routes and when needed the built-in NAV is fine for me.

And yes, I am old and not into bells and whistles - lol!

I hope it does work for you though, better than depending on a smaller screen.

Here's the one I have: Amazon.com: Mountek nGroove Universal CD Slot Mount for Cell Phones and GPS Devices: MP3 Players & Accessories

Here's a pic. I find it blends well and is easy to use. I primarily use this old iphone for Waze, traffic, and Escort Live via the WiFi - it stays in the car and is not used as a phone.

If so, I would happily keep my phone in my pocket. I am not aware of a way to do this, though.

I have been using ProClip mounts for awhile on all my cars. This has been great... Very secure, not very visible from the outside and once removed it leaves no trace.

I really would love having Waze on the MMI.

I use a ProClip holder. I'll having Waze running as my main app, Escort Live running in the background (connected to by Passport Max), and have 5-0 Radio BT streaming the local police station. To top it off, always have night vision on at night to find those sneaky hiding police officers.

And I thought that the pop up screen looked like an add on because they forgot to integrate it into the dash. Adding a phone permanently invites a break in and trashes the clean lines of the center console.
