The rear shock mounts. Audi knows they're garbage, which is why they only cover them for 12 months/12k miles. Their excuse; they're wear items. What a load of crap.

And the paint. Rub up against snow and it chips and flakes away. Real good paint they're using.

Interesting. You are probably the only person I have ever heard complain Audi paint flakes easily. Most pro detailers will tell you Audi uses a very hard coat paint. As such, it is harder to scratch / chip / flake or even put swirl marks in it

The shock mounts - knowing others had this covered - seems to be potentially more of an issue with your dealer than Audi
