wife has an a6 (2013) that she has decided to load cd's to the juke box
the import button is pushed and the cd is greyed out
we can listen to the cd, just can not import
]is there some thing missing
jukebox is 100% empty
if it matters what we tried to up load, but can listen to
U2 greatest hits
Smashing Pumpkins Both disk one and two
Radio Head greatest hits
this is all because my sone wanted to use the old U2 iPod in the mini
as a point of reference I was able to load them in to my 2015 all road

The MY2013 A6 will not allow direct copy of song files to the Jukebox from a commercial CD or an iPod though you can from SD cards. Burn your CDs to MP3 files on your computer using iTunes or other music app then copy them to an SD card from the app's song library.
