The above mentioned site is for USA customer only.
What about Canadian owners?

I don't think this is free.

Thank you.
It's a download. You will need to enable javascript in your browser. I've been trying to locate this since I wrote my comments. Still trying. Of course I forgot exactly how I did it before. I know that a javascript app opened, and you had to have a 32GB SD card (or something like that), in addition to having a 32GB free space available on a local hard drive. It might have been 16GB, but I think it asked for 32.

You can always connect with an online chat rep, who should be able to assist you.

I needed to download the map update when I first got my 2016 model in 2015 June. Then in october I noticed the car asking me to download it without using up my Audi connect data. I allowed it and it downloaded and installed the maps after downloading automatically. After the 5 downloads I guess I will need to pay for it. But the car Hasnt had to update the map automatically for over 13 months so far...

These offshore software updates being offered may be at odds with Audi NAR copywrite law. Audi has different rules and processes for different regions and in the UK it may be fine to purchase and perform your own map updates but for now at least, in the U.S. C7s it requires a dealer purchase and install. In any case, discussing and posting links to this in the forums should be avoided.

I was able to download only Florida over the air. I downloaded the entire map via computer tonight and transferred it to an SD card. It will have the whole US.
Will install it tomorrow. Sitvsays it's updated every 6 months. Will update it once a year.
