3.0T Prestige sport delivered July, 2012; now has 22K problem free miles. As an aside, my wife's 2002 allroad 2.7T purchased in 2001 has only 48K miles and looks like new. This includes a 2200 mile move from CO to MA and a couple of 1500 mile trips. A supermarket car if there ever was one. Looked to trade for a Q5 but she won't let it go.

2014 A6 TDI delivered April 18th. 2014. 4 K as of today. Of our 11 Audi's this is my co-favorite (along with our '14 Q5 TDI). No issues so far, except averaging almost 36 mpg with lots of highway driving). Awesome car!

Next question is how long do you plan to keep it?? Guess you might as well run it into the ground since trade in value will be very little.
I thought I put a lot of miles on when I did 313,000 miles on my 1997 528i BMW till I it sold in 2004, about 7 years.
Good Luck man and keep driving. You'r sure getting your money's worth.
Glad to see the car held up so well for that many miles. I have 44,000 mile on my A6 bought in June of 2012. Trying to keep the miles down by splitting my driving time between the Audi and my old 2003 Saab. Plan on keeping the Audi till I run it into the ground. It's one great car.
Yes, I cannot win on trade in. I drive approx 160 miles a day, 5-7 days per week and wanted to get a comfortable, classy and fast car- Absolutely LOVE my A6 3.0 Prestige!!! Really want to get 2015 S6 but probably will settle for a 2015 A6 3.0 in December if wife agrees!

2013 Model year bought new in Oct 2012 now with 101k miles. So far had the oil sensor issue around 9k miles, micro cracks with the tail lights around 10 or 12k and a/c pressure switch at 50k miles all got covered under warranty. APR stage 2 around 60k. Rear brakes replaced around 75k. Hoping for no major issues in the future. Seriously thinking of adding bilstein pss10 coilovers.

Good to hear that A6 is holding up so well for you.
My most favorite part of A6 is the rock solid steering feel at high speed driving along with wonderful interior.
Although I think it lost some of that feel on C7 with an electric steering gear compared to C6.

How is oil consumption?
Do you have rough idle on cold morning first start up which may indicate some intake carbon build?

Thanks, yes have very minimal rough idle on first start up but goes away quickly. Using 1/3 quart of oil between oil changes. Check engine light comes on and goes off periodically. Mechanic said to change crankcase vent- too expensive.
I love this car and have been extremely happy with the quality. Will definitely get a new one end of this year.
