I dont think you have the latest version. Here's mine
As for fog light, I believe the button is for rear fog light as the Xenon headlight does not have fog light option like the LED.

Ohh gotcha I never thought the rear had fog lights lol.
Almost forgot, my door handles has the little rectangle "button" thing where when you push on it the door locks. Do all C7s have that option to i guess to touch it it will lock the doors??

Fixed image link. I think the rectangle button is an option for all 2012 and become available from 2013 onwards.

To clarify, no C7 has front "fog" lights. Those with LED headlights have low speed LED turning lights which can both be turned on with a button above the rear fog light button (missing in the OP's car as shown in the photo).
The latest MMI version is 0726. Many of those with 0566 or earlier have had an opprtunity to update to version 0715-2.
While all C7s have the rectangular door handle buttons present, they will not be active in trims w/o the Advanced Key option.

Are there any good wheel options for C7s? Would the Audi R8 wheels fit without any issues and speedometer issue?

The MMI in the new A3 is a newer generation with addiditonal features that will not likely be available as an update to the current A6 MMI Nav Plus.
Properly embedded album art in the current MMI is available when using an appropriate AMI cable/iDevice or SD card and Jukebox.
Read the "3G MMI Nav+ Entertainment Options Summary" link near the top of this page for details.
