snagitseven,

I just accepted delivery of an S6 and it has 0726 on it. I'll check out these new routing options today.

I saw none of those navigation options in 726.

Well, as I suspected, that confirms the video is referencing the new A3 MMI only. Probably will show up in other models soon. Though I do wonder what MMI 0726 adds or modifies over 0715.

I have an S4 2013 with map version
Software Version:
HN+_US_AU3G_P0566
Navigation Database version:
8R0 060 884 AM NAR 5.6.5

I'm assuming I could upgrade to that same version you have, (latest)
DId the dealer do the upgrade for you?
Any info appreciated.

I just sent a note to my buddy who's a lead tech at the dealership to see if they have a brief of any changes with the newest version. He upgraded me to 715-2 a month ago.
Will report back my findings..

The latest is 0726 but most have upgraded to 0715-2, one version earlier. Only the deaker can perform the MMI updates and may or may not be covered under warranty. Note that Nav map updates are separate, will cost around $250-$400 and are also dealer installed only at this point.

Is 0726 still the latest version?

My question too. Version 733 is on new cars but can we get it on prior model years?

I've had my 2012 A6 for just a week now (and couldn't be happier) but noticed my MMI shudders a bit when closing, but not all the time. Is this something an update would fix? I think Mine is a bit dated.

No software update will stop the screen shudder, Could be a gear misalignment.

You should try and get your dealer to upgrade you to 715-2. Lots of minor fixes and new features.
