2012 Audi A6 with Navigation Owners Manual Set O171 | eBay
Thanks! that's exactly what I"m looking for but problem is it opens up more questions. Does the "with navigation" mean that I have to look for a specific owner's manual that is specific to my car? I'm not interested in buying a generic owners manual that doens't apply to mine. That's the real reason I've waited to buy one on Ebay (and I have been looking). I've been lurking for more info.

No worries. I fully expect some hazing as a new member here and ignorant of my new car. But I'm no stranger to forums and I'm not afraid to tear into my car. I'll be pulling out my engine and rebuilding it as well as the trans before long. I have no fear here of treading uncharted territory.

I'll eventually blow the engine given previous patterns. Time and funds permitting, I'll post helpful write-ups. I've posted many helpful sticky's in previous car forums so I hope to contribute here as well. At the end of the day, we all help each other learn right? We'll eventually see who's who.

The auction has all the important stuff for your 2012 A6 C7. The navigation section is 108 pages and it has it's own separate book. The owners manual is 302 pages. The price for the set is a little high. I've seen other listings around $35.

Since you what a torque wrench is, check out the "2011-2012 A6/S6 Quick Reference Specification Book". On the back cover is A6S6QUSPEC1112. It has torque specs, pictures/line drawings and charts. Hopefully, you won't have to use most of the information but it's handy to have near by. I don't know the price. I got it with the 2012 Owners manual packet. I later learned that it was a separate manual and usually not included.

I'm game! Problem is I haven't found option to have more control of our tunes like I'm used to with HP Tuners. So I'm dependent on a cookie cutter tune. Which translates to limited mods for us more fearless/reckless owners = (

Thanks for the positive remarks. Much appreciated. Anything I learn I will gladly post to help others. But will need some help first before I start tearing into my car for other's benefit. So wish me luck!

Would you mind sharing where you got the shifter? Aftermarket?

Steve this is hilarious. I bought a 2010 A6 two weeks ago. Wanted a 12+, budget constraints tho. Sure enough, here you are, I did get an owners manual the middle of last week.
