Yes. I noticed that about the start/stop setting. I'm actually trying to get used to leaving it on in an effort to be a little green, ya know. But it's really going to take some getting used to. I'll give it a couple weeks.

I've got growing list of changes to default settings and things I want to disable via VAG-COM.

I just got back from a fairly typical drive for me on a busy highway and multi-lane roads where I experimented with the lane assist and adaptive cruise control. It really works and am very happy with Audi's implementation. I couldn't help but take my hands off the wheel and let the car steer itself for a short while (and yes it nagged me to "resume driving").

Physically, yes. But visually, of course more wheel / less tire (sidewall) fills the wheel wells better since the tires blend in with the wheel well and the wheels don't.
