Pedal Vibration

I may be imagining things, but it seems like I am feeling a lot of road vibration through the accelerator pedal recently. Not violent, but just a subtle bumpiness. Any ideas?

I noticed it after I changed to from 19" to 20" which would lead me to believe it's a wheel balancing issue in my case.
