When I use the cool seats at max (3 blue bars), I can barely feel the cold air. Is this normal? Can you adjust the fan speed for the seats?

Yes it's normal, at least it's the same for me. I'm not thrilled with them and I know there was a thread in here about this before. Compared to other vehicles with cooling seats these are very weak in my opinion. They do something, but are noisy, and don't put out nearly enough air even at the max setting.

These are vented seats not cooled seats and yes what you feel is normal. IMO basically a wasted option that Audi just implemented to check the box that it is offered on the car. My Infiniti M37S had cooled seats and you knew it.

Yeah, kind of a bummer. I would think they (AoA) could figure this out. Very bizarre.

All they need is an air conditioning hook up to the fans and it would work. They didn't do that, all it does is move air around.
