That looks about the same as my car, a 2.0T Prem Plus with CVT, which I bought brand new for $42,600. These cars have horrible depreciation, like $5-12k per year, so don't be surprised at the price.
The CVT makes it more of a relaxed cruising car. I drive mine very gently to try to preserve the life of the clutch, because I fear it will wear out quickly if driven like a conventional automatic. So try to check the condition of the clutch by seeing how smoothly the car starts moving off, or whether it shudders or slips. Other than that, the CVT is very smooth and gives great gas mileage. I'm averaging 31 mpg in mixed driving!
On my 2012 2.0T with 23k miles, I haven't had any warranty issues or oil consumption issues.

Thanks for sharing....I am picking it up Saturday and driving it home to Greenville SC from Pembroke Pines FL.....This car is a big step up for me and I am excited.

First post - I just did something similar. Found a good price on a 2012 Prestige w/19" Sport pkg and B&O in Miami. Bought it last Friday and drove it back to Atlanta. Only thing I didn't get was the color I would have liked (white) but I got my second choice (black). Congrats!
BTW - what does the button by sunroof that looks like an icon of a car with the door open do? Thanks!
