Seat Wrinked
#42
Does anyone find the seats hard as a rock??? Mines a premium plus. The lumbar is pushing into my back even when it is fully retracted. Any help on how to remove the seatback panel without breaking clips that attach it???

took my '13 into dealership so they could turn off the 15k service light (got oil change at another place). One of my door sill lights is out so they are going to replace that. I also mentioned the seat wrinkle that we all have, and they took pics and are sending them to AOA. Doubt anything will come of it, but i'll know more later this coming week. They also did some recall work: recall # 37J1; reprogram gearbox with updated software; battery load).

Same problem. Companies the AofA. They were responsive via phone and email. Brought to dealer. They said it was normal. This after they kept my car for three week to replace a faulty tail light (malfunction below 30 degrees).
Tail light malfunction came back this winter. Don't have energy to go back and argue

I've noticed that the 2016 Audi A6 are only using leather seating surfaces.
Not full leather. For expensive cars why leather seating surfaces.
Audi are using a mix of leathers to eliminate the sagging on the seats.
At a future time it will split and in need of new leather seats.

Just had mine replaced last week by the dealer. They took photos 2 months ago, sent into Audi and they approved it. So they are obviously aware of this!
