There should have been a readme.txt type file when you unzip the 4 files. If I remember correctly, you have to extract/unzip all files into one folder. Then, the file downloaded last should have a "combiner" program of some sort that combines the 4 .ova files into one large installation program. You execute this program, which installs VMWare Virtual machine containing Elsaweb

I have a 2014 A6. I'm told theres not much changes from the 2012 A6. How does one get this manual program?

I downloaded the entire Audi catalog from www.workshopmanuals.biz
it cost around 10GBP or about $16. Started the download at night and was done in about 4 hours! Installed it as an VMWare Virtual box and works great.
