Default Side molding

I'm not finding any pictures of or posts of side molding for the doors. Audi not make any for the a6? I saw some aftermarket ones but eh. I frequent the airport and don't want to risk door dings

What door moldings are you speaking of? Those tacky looking strips that go on the door edges?

Haha probably still tacky, but no more of the side molding that goes along the body of the car, not along the door edge

I've never seen door mouldings on a modern Audi (within the last 5 or so years). Just be careful out there, and worst case spend the money you would have otherwise spent on the mouldings to fix the door ding with paintless dent repair.

I looked into removable door protectors for the same reason. The only one that looked worthwhile uses a padded magnetic attachment on the doors and ours are aluminum (at least a magnet does not stick to them). If I had to park at crowded airports more frequently than I do, I might get an aftermarket product like in the Acura photo - to me as ugly as it is, it is better than a series of little dents and scratches.
