Do you have traction control off?

https://www.0-60specs.com/audi-a6-0-60-times/

Motortrend clocked the 2016 at 4.7 sec. But they also clocked one of the A7s they had at 5.3 sec.

"Both the 2016 A6 and A7 ran to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds and completed the quarter mile in 13.3 seconds, which is nearly identical to the pre-refreshed models. We’ve tested the pre-refreshed A6 and A7 on multiple occasions, the best 0-60 mph times being 4.6 seconds for both cars. (The slowest time was 5.3 seconds for one of the A7s.) Quarter-mile times are pretty much spot on.
Of course, the A6’s 4.7-second 0-60 mph time is still very impressive, especially compared to its peers. The Lexus GS 350 F Sport, for example, needed 5.4 seconds, and the BMW 535i and Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic took 5.5 and 5.8 seconds, respectively. The CTS Vsport is slightly quicker at 4.4 seconds, but it has the advantage of a more powerful 420-hp, twin-turbo, 3.6-liter V-6."

Anyone here logged a 4.6 sec 0-60 time stock?

My ECM was flashed back to stock for a recalll today. Getting it remapped tomorrow, but boy it did not feel like it would do anything close to that on my drive home. Tuned , yes stock ? I have a hard time seeing that.

APR dyno'd this car at 332 TQ and 319 HP.

I find it highly unlikely that this car with 82 more torque than my Infiniti Q50s (0-60 5.1) is .4 seconds slower with a better automatic transmission. You guys who are getting 5.5 have traction control on and you don't know how to properly time a car 0 to 60. A difference of .5-.7 seconds is easy to read incorrectly.

Nope. I was just quoting the figures Audi quotes. Haven't done anything on the A7 since I plan on leaving her stock.

Instead of a manually operated timer, consider using a phone app to measure 0-60 and 1/4mi times.

I have used Dynolocious in the past on my iPhone and it worked really great.

You start up the app then you 'arm' it. It then automatically notices as soon as you start to accelerate, when you hit 60, and when you hit the 1/4mi
(obviously you can ignore keeping it on for the 1/4 mi if you are doing this in an area where that would be inadvisable)

Afterwards it gives you nice plots and statistics.

Just look at the site again. You'll see they list both. Some listed as AWHP. Others listed as crank HP.

They calculate wheel HP and use corrections to obtain crank HP.
