I am curious if there is a method, submenu, whatever to store the number numbers I dial most often so that I do not need to search in the directory every time? I know for example on my wife's car you can store the contacts/numbers you dial most often in a favorites section so this way you can just select and dial. I believe it is the same on BMW. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can pull your "favorite" names into the car's Directory from the phone which is separate from the phone's own directory. Also, you can enter the first few few letters from the MMI to go directly to the names you seek. You can also use the Voice Recognition system to call a named entry.
