Hey guys, just my two cents...
I know what noise you are referring to, I do the oil changes on my dads A6 with the 3,0 TFSI. An Audi friend of mine said the chain tensioner bleeds a little pressure when the oil is hot. This causes a little TapTapTapTap noise on start up. It was a little scary to me the first time I heard it. Nothing to worry about I've been told.
