Thanks for the info Snagit! My traffic hasn't been working since mid February 2014. I sent my radio serial number to Richie Beilenson at Richie.Beilenson@siriusxm.com yesterday afternoon, he arranged to phone me while I was in the car this morning, and he had my traffic working within a couple of minutes. A great example of fantastic customer service.

...but as to "great" Sirius customer service in general, I would say not. When you call the regular customer service dept. #, they appear to not a have a clue and the loss of traffic issue shouldn't have come up in the first place. And if Richie moves on to somewhere else, then what?
