It does sound to you and many others as a stereotype. I hear you very well. In this case my gut feeling tells me the driver was drunk. I know Russian language (as it is my native language lol) very well and that place is very familiar to me.

I'd say this; whether or not the driver is Russian, was drunk, earned his own money for the car or comes from a family like the Kardashians, one thing is certain watching the video...he was driving like a complete fool. On the plus side, he apparently didn't hit any other cars this time.

Why do you all assume the driver of the Audi is a "he"? I cannot see that well in the video to determine the sex of the driver, just their IQ - lol.
Also, it seems to me the voices heard are those of the folks taking the video and watching the event, not the driver. Who knows what the driver might be saying.

look at the face of the driver who was hit. He is like - WTF? where is my car going?
