Let me guess, this is the first audi your mechanic has worked on, right...

The problem you had before the "rebuild" still exists. Your "mechanic" did not fix it. Start at the beginning with a competent mechanic doing the diagnosis and go from there. While this is not brain surgery, it does require a brain, not just throwing parts at a problem and hoping that it goes away.
