Default the solenoid meaning the change-over valve for the combi valves?

You'll want to remove the plastic intake pipe leading to the Y pipe, and you can loosen the Y pipe and lift it up slightly. buried down there will be the secondary air change over valve supplying vacuum to the combi valves to open them so the pump can blow air through. Try to trace the silicone vacuum hose from the passanger combi valve to the T fitting at the valve. There's a good chance the T fitting broke.

Default I screen print this image of the SAIP system... and

made some arrows. Am I correct that...

the Red arrows is the air flow.. to the combi valve.
The Blue arrows is the vacumn line?

Also... my green arrow at the T (#14 in the pic) with the question mark (which I believe is what you are referring to)... what is it connected to? Also.. the other green arrows with question marks?

Default yes, you want to look at where the blue arrows go to the T fitting

the valve is under the 2 exhaust temp sensors on the pass. side at the back of the intake manifold. I'm pretty sure the vacuum hoses are a grey silicone.

Default #1 is the SAI Pump, #2 is the Positive Crank Ventilation Valve

#2 allows gases that blow by the rings to re-enter the intake. They very rarely go bad. Just make sure it is connected securely onto the intake y-pipe until it "clicks". There is an O-ring inside to hel make the seal.

There is no solenoid valve there on my 2001 Allroad 2.7t. The tube bends to the right ant tees into a vac line behind and a bit below the fuel pressure regulator.
No solenoid at all.
