Default Are there replacement cases for Key Fobs?

The key fobs fro the 2000 A6 I just got are in fairly bad shape.

Does anyone sell new cases or covers (Need the rubber, could use the plastic parts)

EDIT:
Time for me to stop asking questions and just look on eBay for everything I need.

Got a new fob with key from ebay = 25 + 10 to get it cut at the dealer. Then another 30 to have them program it via VAGCOM (didnt own the software at the time)
Oh and another 1.99 for the audi logo for the back of the fob.. all from ebay.

Given as the case is $4 to $8 and a whole new remote is only $15 to $25, I might just get a whole new remote.

Is VAGCOM the only way to add a remote to the car?
(Some cars have switch and peddle tricks for adding remotes)
I have a 2000, so I don't need to add an immobilizer chip code.

Also, how many remotes can the car "remember"?

Still trying to confirm that all the remotes with the Panic button are also large battery.'

I wish the sellers would post an inside picture.

which battery is in your remote ?

mine were actualy he SMALLER battery .. DL 1620 3.0v lol i have one right here ... they look to be about 15mm in diameter.
The battery cases i was sent were aboout 20m across .. obviously designend for a larger battery . So my metal pieces for the battery cradle would not transfer over .

What year is your car?

1620 is 16 mm across and 2 mm thick.

My guess is that holder is designed for a 2016 or something similar.

mine is exactly like yours. Just make sure the battery case you get does not look like the one above.
i guess if you order the whole new remote though it wouldnt matter as it comes complete. Just pop abattery in.

OK, Opened one of mine, and sure enough it has the small battery (2X1620).

AND, (As I suspected, and why I did not want to open it) it was glued shut.

Well I now know exactly what I need.
4 button case (with panic)
Small Battery (2x1620)

Of course, very few of the eBay ads tell you the battery size (except the more expensive ones)

In reality, many of them look exactly the same, right down to the text and pictures.
Seems I can get one for about $9 and 2 for $15.50

EDIT:
Decided on starting with these.
Probably add a whole new remote later so we have a third key.
