A6 2003 3.0L Oil Pressure Warning Light Issue

Oil pressure light flashing, car dies, whats wrong?
I have an 06 A4 B7 2.0T. Driving car yesterday on Halloween, go figure, suddenly after going 80mph to pass someone I get a check oil pressure light. I drive for about a mile and car just shuts off. I try and start it and all it does is turn maybe half rotation and I hear a whirling type of noise coming from my turbo. Tow it home and partially open the timing belt cover in front of radiator and belt rotates slowly but not enough to turn over. I cranked car a few more times till I heard a ticking as if battery was drained. I thought maybe my alternator may be dead so I took my truck battery out and tried to turn over car with it and it went back to the whirling noise and that is all. I did not look at the timing chain yet but may open it up to see. I took valve cover off the top and cams look good with no sludge or nothing abnormal. I made a second video that will try and upload if I can figure out how. Any advice would help at this point. Thanks

SOLVED the darn issue!
I decided to change the only other thing I have not changed to try and get rid of this issue and it worked. It is the oil pressure switch located right above the oil filter. a few bucks and done!
I really hope this helps others out there.

oil stain is from when I took the old one out.
closer look
screen shot of what it looks like. You do need a <br/>15/16 deep socket to get this bad boy out.

Perhaps you will have to replace it. I had the same problem a few months back. I think I bought my new one at fullcartuning.com. Has worked flawlessly so far
