A6 Avant Quattro 3.0 RPM high?

A6 Avant Quattro 3.0 RPM high?

At 50-60 MPH the rpm stays around 2000 and 65 MPH is about 2200, is this about the right amount? First time driving a V6 and I can't tell if its due to that.

That range sounds about right, as long as you're not pressing the gas pedal too hard.

That's actually low and fine. Max safe RPM on mine is 6000+ and I usually shift around 4000. I have a manual. 2000-2200 is pretty OK and good for mileage.
