Audi A6 C5 Autimatic (5 Speed) gearbox issue
Hello,
I have a problem with my Audi A6 2.7 Biturbo.
It has got a 5 speed automatic/trip gearbox.
When i put it into Reverse.. 80% of the time all gears lights up on the computer and i cannot drive as usuall. Therefore i have to turn off the car and then start again.
Once i do that, sometimes it has problem with swiching into trip, therefore i have to put it into S and then it would swich into trip. Or sometimes it would not swich gears in D, therefore i have to swich it into S and wait for it to change gear.. then it would work fine on D as well.
I have also noticed, that sometimes it is struggling shifting gears, not very noticable, but i am noticing it. It feels like it is forcing the next gear and you can feel it.
I have connected it to a computer:
Address 02: Auto Trans Labels: 01V-927-156.lbl
Control Module Part Number: 4B0 927 156 CC
Component and/or Version: AG5 01V 2.7l5VT RdW 1818
Software Coding: 00001
Work Shop Code: WSC 00000
VCID: 6AD04C0B16E94E489F1
1 Fault Found:
17090 - Transmission Range Sensor (F125)
P0706 - 35-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
I have been told, that gearbox ECU needs to be reprogrammed.. But another opinion, was that it would not help.. So not sure what to do here. Would apreciate any help, or advice.
