Extended Warranty: Who do you use? Do you recommend them?

Extended Warranty: Who do you use? Do you recommend them?
If I knew anyone in an Audi service department, I would ask them who they prefer most. Maybe someone here has already been thru this drill?

Mine is with Exended Auto Warranty (link below). So far I've had two claims totaling roughly
$2400. They've covered everyting they promised, but I've had to chase them for payment (my dealer has me pay,then I have to get reimbursement from EAW). Other than that, no issues at all.
My dealer did recomend Honda Extended Warranty but that was after I'd signed with EAW.
