Default C5 A6 + 19" S6 Rims w/ Blizzaks + H&R springs... fit issue?

Hello all,

I have a 2001 C5 A6 2.7T that a buddy of mine has been working on.

I got a little trigger happy and went out and bought 5 x 112 19" 2009-2011 S6 wheels with blizzak snow tires. I also bought H&R sport springs.

So the concern now is, will this all fit? If it does how will this setup effect driving?

The springs haven't come in quite yet so I may cancel the order if it won't end up fitting.

I know, I know... I should have thought out my actions a bit further...

Anyone have any incite for me? Thank you!!

shouldnt be, I have an '03 S6 with 19" rims, h&r springs and it rides OK... not sure if its the springs or of the rears shocks are toast but the rear is a bit harsh over bigger bumps. But it is a new car to me, just 2 weeks today

Oh nice. Do you have low profile tires though?

oh yes i do. I assumed you would too in order to keep your speedo accurate. The car came with 235/35/19 tires on it.

Thats why I'm trying to figure out if they will fit... I don't think the blizzaks are low profile. I'll have to check the measurements.

Looks great, Bill!

Hopefully one more inch will be okay.

I run a 245/40/18 with my wheels, and I have the H&R race springs under mine. It is at the limit for space. Hard cornering on bad roads give me light rubbing with a full tank of fuel. The contact point is the top screw for the inner wheel wells. It's enough to polish it real well, but not enough to damage anything. Hope this helps.
