I think this is where I should ask for help
I'm trying to find a front ashtray for my 2004 Audi A6 130tdi sport saloon
I don't know the part no I need. And I've made the mistake of buying one that was described for my car but does not fit.
This is the part no I bought outer case 4B0 857 951 AL/AK
Inner unit. 4B0 857 951 F/G


Could anyone help or advise how I find the correct part no.

Sorry to ask but is your ashtray gone? Or just broken? Could you just remove it and get the part numbers off of it?

The whole unit is missing. Just a blank in place. I did not realise it would be so difficult to find the correct one

The problem is that your car seems not to be a North American Model and if you drive on the right side of the car part numbers here might be a mute point.
