Default coolant crossover pipe removal frustration. Help please

Hey guys I'm new here at Audi world but not new to Audis. Right now I'm in the middle of replacing the o rings on my coolant flange. I have everything out and also I have removed 4 out of the 5 seals but there is one seal that I don't know how to get to. Its on the smaller pipe that goes to the water pump but that pipe is buried under the larger pipe that has the bleeder valve that turns into the head. How do I remove that larger pipe out of the way to access the smaller pipe under to replace that seal? I have tried prying and twisting but no luck and I'm scared of messing something up doing that. Once I have that last pipe out I can go ahead and put all the new seals on and button everything up again.

Thanks in advance

I'm aware this is a year old but did you ever manage to fix that? I'm having the same exact problem and I have no idea how to get to the leak behind the engine
