Cooling Fan / Overheat Problem

My problem was caused by a defective FCM which blew the 40AMP fuse for coolant fan which is hidden behind driver's foot well. I was fortunate to find a new fan and FCM at my local junkyard.
My fan clutch was worn out which I replaced with a new one since it also assists in cooling the AC condenser. I hope this helps.
