Default An Electrical Problem

I've searched the forum and can't find anyone that's had close to my symptoms so here goes;

With the car not running, key out, the electric locks work, no chirp or lights from alarm, map lights work when door's opened.

With car running electric locks don't work to either lock or unlock, no map lights, no auto dimming rear view mirror and seat memory's not working.

Any ideas? I did check and replace a blown #14 fuse but it didn't change the above, though did make reverse lights work.

Thank you in advance.
Brian

Sounds like electrical wiring connectivity issue(s) and/or possible a control module in question is malfunctioning. First, check ALL fuses. Re-seat them just to be sure. If that didn't help, the next thing is to pull codes. Without that, it'll be quite difficult to trace the problem.
