Default Engine stutters decelerating down ~1200-1800 rpms

My 2004 A6 2.7T stutters consistently when the engine rpms drop below 2k. The stuttering somewhat feels like dropping the clutch too quickly on low rpms, although, my car isn't manual. I've experienced a torn intake boot and MAF issue before and this doesn't seem the same as the problem consistently happens on deceleration vs acceleration. Any thoughts and suggestions? I haven't performed any diagnostics yet, but will do some this weekend and just wanted some advice going in. Thanks for the help in advance.

BTW, the car has about 160k miles and haven't changed anything other than the timing belt (@ 120k), water pump, KAYSER diverter valves, and all the associated parts that goes with a TB change, brakes, and air/oil filters.

Let us know after you have run diagnostics and what the VCDS codes are. Also, be prepared to perform a smoke / pressurized test on the intake and boost system.
