Cool. Thanks. When we we are on ski trip, we saw a flashing 4:00 as well. Now I know.

Default It also factors in short stops, like for gas.
I forgot how long you can stop without it resetting, but it happened to me just a few weeks ago. I reset the time and when it started flashing "2:00" my actual drive time on the trip computer was actually several minutes less.

Default It is just one of the Big Brother's looking out for you, just in case you are too
stupid to figure out that you are tired, after only two hours of driving! If I stopped every two hours I'd never get anywhere.
