Has a new starter in it, which I did not install. But I bought the car off of a friend. Going to check to make sure the connections are tight. Had the car since October, but just been restoring it. In great shape and love it. It started every time I wanted it too except lately because something was draining the battery. It has a full charge but will not start. Just wondering if I fried the battery from charging it too much. Had a brutal cold winter this year, so I left the charger on trickle most of the time for when I went out to do other stuff to it. There are also 2 modules under the steering column that has had some hands on them. Had a wire spliced in with a toggle switch. Been trying to find out what these are for. One just has a u555 number on it. Not sure what the other is.

Headlights are working. Disassembled new assembly's and the connectors to the driving lights were not secured and shorted out. Took old third connectors and used them and all is good. Sucks I spent the money I did for all this. Now if I can get the thing to turn over I will be in there.

I have the same issue with both if my head lights. I bought 2 new ballast and bulb and install them but still don't work. I checked the fuse in the fuse box it's still good. But when I check the voltage on the fuse socket it has no voltage coming out of it. Do you know what the problem might be?But I don't seem to know what the problem is. I've been working on it for about 2 weeks now and can't seem to find the issue. Need help. Thank you
