Default Vibration when braking...

Since it looks like we live Siberia nowadays, haven't had the opportunity to open up and find out why there is significant vibration when braking. It seems to be coming from front passenger side. A month ago, car was sitting for a week or two and when driving, brakes made that "scratchy" noise.. typical as rust builds a layer on rotors... usually goes away after few hard brakes but, this vibration hasn't gone away. There is no visual indication of rust on rotors and brakes are quite now except this vibration.

Control arm? Rotor warped? Bearing? I was told by dealer that bearing is bad but this was 20k miles ago. No obvious grinding noise or excessive play sideways (not any I noticed at least when it was on jacks)... Don't know for sure if it really needs to be changed but was going to anyway when weather warms up.

Any ideas?

To check the wheel bearing, raise the wheel and spin it while holding onto the spring. If it's bad bearings, you can feel them crunching in the races.
