How to repair exhaust system 2000 A6
Hi, please bear with me as I'm not very knowledgable...Have a 2000 a6 quattro wagon. I'm trying to find out what part I need and how to repair my exhaust sys. There's a gap (about an inch) from the right pipe in front of the middle muffler to where it should connect to the pipe from the engine. So I'm assuming I lost a clamp. Can't find any info or manuals online and can't afford a mechanic... There's a Walker aluminum 2" butt joint Band Clamp. Is this what I need and can I repair it myself...if so, how? I appreciate any help!

go to autohausaz.com and look for muffler clamp for your car. 30 bucks for that seems high
