Hello all, I'm looking for confirmation on compatibility before I lay out money to upgrade my suspension.

I need shocks, I want to get the Koni FSD's, match with the Eibach pro springs for 'slight' lowering. I've seen a kits that specify late-2000 fitment, Tirerack says the FSD's will fit but not supported with lowering springs, I've seen here and Audizine say they match them all the time, but I don't know if the early 2000 model year.

My car was shipped 05/2000, is there a design change that happened later in the model year that would prevent me from using the combo, or does anyone have success with this setup on an early 2000?

Well I took a best guess, and took the plunge, springs and shocks are on order. TireRack called me questions the combo, said it would void the warranty on the shocks because it isn't an approved combo. I'll check the design and assembly at installation and make a final decision.
