Default Overheating 3.0

HELP. Have a 2002 A6 3.0 Quattro (165K) with new radiator, water pump, thermostat, timing belt, cats (both sides), coolant, alt. belt, valve cover gaskets, etc. All this cause the water pump was not circulating and the car was overheating. Replaced it all and the thing still overheats. Fans don't come on and when the car overheats the A/C get very warm. Any ideas?

Default Check the fan motors, fan control module, and CTS.

There's a coolant temperature sensor in the lower radiator hose that controls the electric fan. Also, the fan in front of the condenser should come on when the AC comes on.
