P1411 P1423, what fixes have been found?

Well, the CEL has not come back on so whatever it was must be intermittent, but the occasional missing is back.
So, assume decent weather, the new spark plus go in this weekend, and I'll look for a vacuum hose issue. I have the pump to combi-valve kit. and the combi-valve vacuum hose I can pick up if it looks like it needs replacement.
