Default Rebuilt manual transmission won't move car

Hi,
I have a 2002 Audi A6 2.7t manual trans. I just did a automatic to manual trans swap and did a complete rebuild of the trans and the rebuild seemed to go fine. I bought a complete rebuild kit from JH Motorsports.

I put the trans (and engine) back in the car and at first the car moved fine in the driveway and then something happened and now the car won't move. There was no noise no pop or anything. I've even disconnected the shifter linkage and got under the car and put it in gear and still nothing. The strange thing is the speedometer is going up as if I'm moving. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Thanks

Drop the transmission and check the throwout mechanism or jammed slave cylinder (could maybe remove the slave cyl. w/o dropping trans) and the transmission input shaft.
