Default Sound curiosity- left and ride side

Any right side speakers not working and all left side are fine.
This is on 2000 A6 C5 Avant with Bose speakers, Amplifier and symphony factory radio.
Pulled the radio and all connectors seem fine.
Pulled out front door and connectors fine there too.
Check the rubber boot in doorway.. also perfect.
Pulled out amplifier and had a lot of oxidation on contact- still have it out and planning to check insidede...

Strange thing happened about week ago when my BATTERY was completely drained for no reason I am aware off. The voltage was down to 3 Volts !!!!!
And I would say possibly from this day the speaker may not have been working? not exactly sure as I have not been using the car too much, just repairing a lot :-)

Any help and troubleshooting direction is very welcome. THANKS

Is there some kind of fuse for left and right side?

Or is my radio in some sort of safe mode... I do not see anything on display but I it lost power for couple days...

Please help

While I don't know the pinout for the OEM amp, I'd check output from the amp using some sort of test speaker and a hunk of speaker wire. The fact that you saw some sort of oxidation may or may not indicate some kind of minor 'short' at the amp.

A lot of good info right here with radio head and amp pin-outs AudiWorld Tech Articles in the Feature tab on the top of the page.
