Audi/VW engines do not like Autolites, lol. I pull them out alot of misfiring or coil eating cars. Autolites for Fords, AC delcos for GMs, Champions for Dodge. NGK for Japanese, and NGK or Bosch for Euro cars is what I find works best.
I also never use anti seize on spark plugs, I used to, it just turns all gritty and to muk after years and doesnt make removal of the plug any easier in my opinion. Its so freaking rare to ever have a thread problem you have to try really hard, especially on these kinds of engines where the plug socket just drops right down in the hole and threads right in. Its on difficult pushrod engines and plugs in the back at weird angles people cross thread them and damage the threads. If a plug comes out with the threads, its because somebody forced it in cross threaded, way way over tightened it and damaged the threads, or carbon became stuck to the plug and marred up the threads as it drug its way out with the plug.
