From the Canadian forum... emailed Audi of Canada, got a call from them
The lady on the other side did tell me (without me asking her) that they got a lot of feedback - both email and by phone.
In the end, she did say that they really appreciated the feedback and I think it sort of took them by surprise. So that's a good thing, they have our feedback, so hopefully Johan seriously takes this into consideration.
And to comment about Audi not ever responding back or following up, I had a fairly serious issue way back when and the dealer took care of me. So it was only proper to recognize this level of service so wrote a letter to AOA (back then we didn't really have Audi of Canada) and a few weeks later, the dealer called me to thank me and also AOA called me. So I think they do try and make an effort to try and followup with things, but do understand that some of the difficult situations takes a lot longer to resolve or get acknowledged.
