2005 replacement headlights - recommendation?

Having the LED's turn on using the DRL connection is a good idea. Is there a way to make the headlights and DRL's stay on at the same time though?
Also - you can use 3M headlight restoration kit with a drill to remove scratches and oxidation/discoloring from your headlights. I just fixed mine and was surprised at a scratch i was able to fix. Rock dents are another story though....

I tried the 3M products - they helped a bit but the damage is too extreme. It's odd because the car has been garaged for the most part but the CA sun smoked the lights.
