I've done a lot of troubleshooting around the mmi and without clear details you are just throwing parts and money at the issue. Step 1 should be a vagcom log

If your j523 is fried, check on ebay or used car parts dealer. They might have it or could find it used for you. Changing it is pretty straight forward. Remove the glove box and it is right there behind the glovebox. But you probably gonna have to go at the dealer to remove the component protection. They might charge you between half an hour to an hour to remove the component protection.

Are you certain you need the 4F0910732Qx unit? There is also the control head - part # 4E0 035 729, which will not enable your MMI to work.
I'd contact your local German car wrecking yard and attempt to obtain one...it only takes about 1 hour to do the job to replace it. And these places tend to sell such parts VERY cheaply.

Well I don't know too much about the car it's my first car.
Pretty much I took the car to run some diagnostics and that's the part the tech told me I needed..
If it is you can help contact me (keronrob@gmail.com)
Thank you very much,

Your step #1 should be to - get a vag-com log related to the issue and post it. If you don't know or have a VCDS, let folks know where you are located and perhaps there's someone close by who can help you out. Also, whomever told you that the part had failed would have pulled such a log, so I'd request it from them.
As for the part that's required. Like I said, call your local german auto recycler/junkyard and give it a go. I recall, when I had a MMI failure, I was able to find a local place which offered my the same part you had mentioned for under $400! Plus I knew that I could easily do the work myself.
