Issues buying parts online from Amazon
I was annoyed buying windshield wipers ( front and rear ) for my 2008 A6 Avant 3.2 via Amazon. You first input what your car is, and then they supposedly sort for all parts that are correct fitment. They were wrong about my wipers. I had to return them and got ones that were correct from a local auto parts store. They were more expensive than from Amazon, but cheaper than from an Audi dealer. At least I can see clearly again.
Anyway, I don't know if they have these issues with other kinds of parts, but double check before you order from them.

I have been buying OEM parts from Audi dealers directly online. Just go to this URL https://parts.audiusa.com/ and find the parts that you need. It will list a few dealers selling the parts in your area. Each dealers sell the part with different price. Just pick the lowest price. You can also select local pickup (no shipping charge).
Recently, I bought a rear brake pad from a local dealer for $69 plus tax with local pickup. I could have purchase the same pad from an out of state dealer without tax but pay shipping.
Without using this online URL, I was quoted for $120 for the same pad from a nearby dealer. After I told them about the $69 deal from other dealer, they price match it for $80.

FWIW, I bought my last set of wipers on Amazon and they fit perfectly:
Bosch 3397118934 Aerotwin Original Equipment Replacement Wiper Blade - 22", Set of 2 : Amazon.com : Automotive
Note that in 2007 or 2008 Audi changed one of the two blades so that they are no longer quite the same length. In your 08, the driver-side blade is 11mm shorter than the passengers side.
