95000 mile service
I have had car a few months and this is the first service that needed to be done. I took it in saturday and went to pick it up immediately when i was called and informed that it was ready. I was close by so i was back at the shop to pick it
up about a minute after i hung up with the shop manager. I arrive at the shop and my car is nowhere to be found . I wait 5 minutes no car. At about 10minutes my car pulls up and there is not one but two mechanics in my car giggling like school girls. My radio is blaring and black grease is literally everywhere. The shop manager is screaming at the mechanics for joyriding in my car but wait theres more. the mechanics used a quarter of a tank of gas on the service drive and reset the trip odometer. The mechanic claimed that it was an accident and he didnt mean to hit the button. This all happened saturday 2 days ago. Sunday i start my car and i can hear the engine tapping.now im concerned if the shop even did the service right. Im scared to drive my car because i feel something is wrong. Any suggestions? Please forgive my poor grammar as i am on a smartphone.

I took it to the dealer. The dealer detailed my car and let me know that the idiots did the service right. The tapping noise i was hearing was because the mechanics didnt put the trim pieces in correctly and it ws rattling. anyways i will either do it myself or take it to the dealer. Thanks for all the comments.

I spent a lot of time overseas (Europe, Eurasia) and it is absolute shock to me seeing American customer service. Every time I come to Walmart, or any other superstore, I just want to stab a cashier because instead of cashing me out, fat old lady, usually talks to her friend, sips huge McDonald's pop, and slowly moves items across the scanner. Sad to hear same service from Audi. I used to go to Jackson, MS Audi dealer and the service was very poor.
