Hi all - I've just bought a 2010 A6 w/ Quattro, love it so far. Audi world seems like a great resource, similar to TDICLub.com when I had a VW Jetta TDI.

The A6 is the Premium Plus trim level, and did not come with a rear view camera. Our other car (Honda Odyssey) has a quite nice backup camera, and we've found we miss it. It looks like that the Prestige trim level comes with "7X9 - Rearview camera without APS" so maybe it's an easy add?

After some searching and reading, and reading some more, I've got this question?

How easy is it to add the OEM rear view camera system to my Audi?

It appear that I would need the following:

Does it all wire up in the trunk? How does the video get to the MMI screen in the dashboard?
